Kylie's 1st Trip to the Dentist!

Today Kylie had her first trip to the dentist! We have been talking about it for awhile so she was pretty excited to go. I told her that the dentist was just going to check out her teeth, count them, & tickle them. I think I was more nervous than she was....she sat right on down in the chair & listened intently to the hygienist as she explained each instrument to Kylie. Surprisingly, the only part she didn't like was the light in her eyes, but after the hygienist let her turn it on & off a few times she was okay!

For being such a "Perfect Patient", Kylie got a pretty pink toothbrush, a tube of toothpaste, & a gift certificate for a personal pan pizza at Pizza Hut! She acted liked she just won the lottery! She was talking the dentist's ears off & followed him all over the office! He was wonderful & even showed her pictures of his puppy, Izzy on his computer! The best news - NO CAVITIES!! YAY!! We'll be headed back in 6 months for her next cleaning & I'm sure she'll do great again! Great job, Kylie!!
